      Fine Combustion Controls
    The combustion rate is controlled to the following :
    K-L Series :    High (100%)  Medium (65%)  Low(30%) Stopped
    K-SE Series :  High (100%)  Medium (60%)  Low(20%) Stopped
        Extended Bolier Life Expectancy
    Reduction of the start-stop operation in the boiler not only enhances the life expectancy of the bolier, but also enhances the life expectancy of its ancillary equipment associated to the bolier operaion.
         
      Economical Fuel Consumption
    The combustion rate is set lowest at 30% for the K-L Series and 20% for the K-SE Series. This setting allows continuous operation of the boiler even when there is a low steam eequirement. These modes of boiler poeration would lead to less purge due to the start-stop operation and thereby increasw fuel efficiency.
        Stable Operations
    These modes of operation allow wide range of combustion rate and lead to smaller fluctuation in steam pressure and improved bolier loading.


    Boiler Pressure control

    This is an IHI patented technology, which controls the water
    level for each boiler load. It prevents the overheating in the
    boiler tubes and provides steam with a high degree of dryness.

     

    Eccentric Structure Boiler

    The boiler uses dual evaporation pipes with an eccentric structure. The
    structure is calculated for large volume with high temperature gas and
    low volume with low temperature gas for overall unified heat
    absorption. Furthermore, there is little pressure loss for the gas, which
    also leads to smaller motor power. (K-750to 2000)

    Boiler Water Level Controls (patented)

    This is an IHI patented technology, which controls the water level
    for each boiler load. It prevents the overheating in the boiler
    tubes and provides steam with a high degree of dryness.

     

    Continuous Blowers

    The continuous blowers are a part of the standard equipment in
    the boiler system, which have a capacity starting from 1,600 kg/h
    or higher and serve as a heat exchanger at 50 kW.
    The electromagnetic valve and feed water pump are interconnected ,
    thereby blowing is only performed when water is supplied, which
    increases the heat absorption rate.

     

    Economizer (Standard on the K-SE Series)

    Economizers are sometimes installed to absorb heat from the
    exhaust gas. The IHI economizer provides complete consideration
    towards corrosion resistance, using materials such as SUS316L for
    the heating tubes.
